Dev Log 3

Through these years of study and practice, I myself have gradually mastered some ways of organizing my time. Take my previous experience with GameJam. At the panel group level, time planning requires some flexibility. Because of the differences in the division of labor and habits of the members of the group, it is difficult for everyone's time to perfectly match that of others. Therefore, the organization of work within the group should be based on short meetings, so that other people can come in and out of the work channel at any time after things have been arranged. For example, the group can set up a one-hour short meeting at 1:00 p.m., where everyone will make a short report and then the manager will arrange the next plan for each person. After receiving the task, everyone can leave on their own. The next day at the same time the meeting will be held again, repeat the same thing. This hour-long meeting can be held at any time, just find an hour when everyone can show up.

And on a personal level, my personal experience has been to use some project management software to help me clarify the importance and prioritization of the tasks I do. Of course it's easier to just use the project management software the group is using. If the group is not using it or you have a more preferred software, then you can use something else. The ultimate goal is to use the software to prioritize each task at all times. This is very important, and prioritizing will help individuals and the team as a whole to make progress.

Happily, my team and I are now working in this state. Hopefully, it will continue to be organized and efficient.
